How fast can we go live?

Many clients can go live in about two weeks for the core flow (quote → ticket → time → invoice), assuming fast access to decisions and data.

Do you replace my current tools?

We usually consolidate the “core operating system” into Odoo. Some tools can remain (monitoring, RMM, etc.), but we reduce tool sprawl where it hurts cashflow.

Will Odoo fit a one-person business?

Yes—when it’s configured as a lean workflow, not as an enterprise project. The goal is clarity and repeatability.

What if I already have Odoo?

We can audit your setup, clean up workflows, and standardize templates so it’s easier to run day-to-day.

Do you provide internet service directly?

We help you choose an approach and implement continuity (primary + failover + monitoring). Internet service procurement depends on availability in your location.

What’s included in “internet continuity”?

A practical setup: backup connectivity strategy, router/firewall configuration support, monitoring basics, and a simple outage playbook.

Can you support remote clients?

Yes. Many of the Odoo and continuity workflows are remote-friendly.

Is this the same as an MSP contract?

Not necessarily. This is an implementation and operations system setup. Ongoing support can be optional.
